Cancellation policy
- Changes with 7 or more days' notice carry a €10 charge, without exception.
- Changes with 3 or fewer days' notice carry a €20 charge, without exception.
- Cancellations with 7 or more days' notice carry a €10 charge, without exception.
- A €30 cancellation charge applies to cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice, or if you do not turn up.
This activity is comparable to going to the theatre, the cinema or a concert, with the difference that, once you book, the room is entirely at the disposal of the person who booked it and no one else can book it.
Booking conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A 30 EURO DEPOSIT. You must pay the remaining balance in cash, according to the number of players who attend, on the day of the activity when you arrive at the venue:

Gift cards
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- It can be used once: the code is entered in the booking form, and a gift card that has already been applied is not accepted.
- The gift card is transferable: anyone who presents it can use it.
- No refunds are given.
Data processing
On behalf of the company, we process the information you provide in order to deliver the service you requested and to invoice it. Your data will not be passed on to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so. Full details are in our privacy and cookie policy.
