Booking conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A 30 EURO DEPOSIT. You must pay the remaining balance, according to the number of players who attend, on the day of the activity when you arrive at the venue:

We accept cards, but we would be grateful if you paid the balance in cash: we are a small business and it saves us card fees.

Cancellation policy

• Day or time changes with 8 or more days' notice are free, from the "Change my booking" button in your confirmation email.
• Day or time changes 4 to 7 days before the game carry a €10 charge and are made by phone only.
• Day or time changes with 3 or fewer days' notice carry a €20 charge and are requested by email only.
• Changes to the number of players are free, from the same button, until the game starts. The price difference is paid at the venue.
• Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice carry a €10 charge, without exception.
• A €30 cancellation charge applies to cancellations made with 7 or fewer days' notice, or if you do not turn up.

This activity is comparable to going to the theatre, the cinema or a concert, with the difference that, once you book, the room is entirely at the disposal of the person who booked it and no one else can book it.

Gift cards

• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• It can be used once: the code is entered in the booking form, and a gift card that has already been applied is not accepted.
• The gift card is transferable: anyone who presents it can use it.
• No refunds are given.

Data processing

On behalf of the company, we process the information you provide in order to deliver the service you requested and to invoice it. Your data will not be passed on to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so. Full details are in our privacy and cookie policy.
